Kelly Michelle's Diary Week 7, 2017

My Life Goal, ze Weight

No change…potentially this is a good thing as it wasn’t a good week food wise…birthday weeks never are!

Shake Your Booty

I’ve started exercising this week…it’s taken a while for the iron tablets to take effect (it’s amazing what two weeks without them does to your body and your energy levels!) so finally feel like I can manage exercise again.  Slowly but surely wins the race.

What I’m Up Too…

This week is super busy as it’s birthday week…we have three birthdays in five days and for five days each year, G and his brother are the same age…eek!

G made the mistake of telling me to be at home by 5pm on Thursday from work for my birthday…I’m not good with surprises after an incident at 16 with a certain school friend and half a heart…needless to say that G enjoyed tormenting me but possibly not the million and one messages I sent him.  We went out for a lovely dinner at my favourite restaurant in Bedford that you need to book weeks in advance…thankfully I didn’t need the spare two pairs of knickers that I had chucked in my handbag just in case (and I’m not joking about the knickers!).

Shrove Tuesday is just around the corner and if you’re looking for a fabulous gluten free pancake recipe and ideas on yummy fillings then you need to read Rachel’s Creme Egg gluten free pancake recipe…I can vouch for these and they’re super yummy…tried and tested on Monday…I’m the local upmarket gluten free drug dealer…I’m going to give them a try tomorrow.

Anyway enough of my babbling…party time.

Yayyy three cheers for the friendly neighbourhood drug dealer! I hope the pancakes go well. Happy birthday! Did you go to St Helena? I still haven’t made it there yet :( I should really try to before I go.

I still haven’t made it to Australia. I still have no visa. I am hoping it comes Monday morning before I get a stomach ulcer.

      Thanks Rachel!
No we ended up at Rice, Love St Helena as well…it’s hard when there are a number of fabulous gluten free restaurants in Bedford now. You should try to go if you can.
Oh no…please don’t get a stomach ulcer. That visa is just getting ridiculous, could we not make our house Australia by turning up the heating really high, I can order some Aussie food and you can work from here…Simon would never know…and you can make me pancakes every day hehe! Fingers crossed it gets sorted really soon xx
