My Life Goal, ze Weight

Somehow I’ve managed to lose weight in December…and after all the chocolate bars that were consumed this past week, I’m surprised!

Shake Your Booty

I’ve managed to do yoga a few times this week, done some mountain climbing on the treadmill and all my osteopath exercises…I’m quite surprised that I’ve done so well with exercise as well.

What I’m Up Too…

I headed into London to see Yannick yesterday (thank you for taking me down some deep and dark alleyways to avoid the christmas shopping crowds!) and today I’ve managed to put up my christmas tree AND go to a christmas carol service by candlelight in a tiny church in the middle of a field and has no power…

…it was slightly chaotic however it was still very beautiful.  I sung completely out of tune as per normal…you won’t see me on the x factor any time soon but I participated and that’s the main thing!  I’m rather enjoying the simple things in life at the moment.

I ordered 16 kgs of gluten free flour last week so have decided to start baking again…so far I’ve made gingerbread cookies and our christmas cake…I’ve probably still got 15.5 kgs of gluten free flour to use.

xx

It’s that time of year when it is totally okay to indulge …. well that’s what I tell myself. And you can’t beat a carol service, even if you can’t sing! And somehow, everything seems much better after a long day, when you can come home, put the christmas tree lights on and sit back admiring your handywork!

That church looks so pretty! Although slightly awkward if you couldn’t see the words in the dim light. All your pre-Christmas exercise is putting me to shame, must get back on it!

Your comment about the flour made me laugh. I have similar problems – I think I have a lifetime supply of gf baking powder?! Maybe we should start a baking club!
