Kelly Michelle’s Diary Week 28, 2016

Weight: 97.0 kgs

“You mean to frighten me, Mr Darcy, by coming in all this state to hear me? But I will not be alarmed though your sister does play so well. There is a stubbornness about me that can never bear to be frightened at the will of others. My courage always rises with every attempt to intimidate me.” – Jane Austen, Pride and Prejudice

My Life Goal, ze Weight

I’ve managed to lose 400 grams which isn’t bad; I’m still counting my calories and trust me I’m not eating 1,200 calories…I’m eating over 1,600 calories a day which is realistic and healthy and then do a bit of exercise on the side.  I did feel extremely hungry all week…popcorn just wasn’t cutting the mustard as a snack!

Shake Your Booty

I’m continuing with the kettle bells dvd which I think is seriously helping as I can see a huge difference to the shape of my waist already however towards the end of this week…all I’ve wanted to do is wallow on the sofa watching Colin Firth jump into a lake while eating ice cream.  But today we did go for a large walk down to the Bedford River Festival…tomorrow is another day!

What I’m Up Too…

This week I decided to only work four days…I took G’s mum to Hatfield Galleria for a spot of shopping and then ended up buying a few pieces at Jaeger…seriously that chain has become my new addiction…clothes that fit a real woman’s body rather than a skinny teenage boys body!

G and I walked down to the Bedford River Festival to see all the boats, stalls and the village from 1166…

…we got there before all the crowds as they were expecting about 250,000 people over the weekend.

Kelly Michelle's Diary Week 28, 2016

Tomorrow, Rachel and I are off to visit the most famous apple tree in the world…I’m really excited about our little road trip up to Lincolnshire.

And the best bit is…I found gluten free hobnobs for our road trip…I’ve searched for these in the free from aisle for the past few weeks and then read a review that they were hiding with their gluten loaded hobnob cousins in biscuit aisle at Waitrose…FOUND THEM!

Hi Kelly, I love your blog – to curb that hunger, I have recently discovered dried apple, delicious and I drink Kombucha (I even put it in a wine glass and pretend I am having a cocktail).

Margarite, thank you so much for your sweet comment – there is nothing better to receive such a gorgeous email on my blog so thank you! I will try the Kombucha as I need something to kill the hunger pains at the moment…I could deal with a pretend cocktail! xx

You definitely had the right idea going to the River Festival early. I went in the afternoon and got serious crowd rage, had to go home and sit in a darkened room to recover! I had such a good time at our picnic yesterday, what perfect weather it was. Thanks again for the invite, let’s do it again soon!

I love the sound of that river festival! One for my diary for next year. No gossip really. I went to see Matt Cardle last night and I’m soooo tired.
