My Life Goal, ze Weight
I’ve come down by 200 grams which is weird…my body and the medication are fighting at the moment…so I’m back to vagina whispering.
Shake Your Booty
Ummm well I haven’t used the treadmill much this week as we were away for most of the week so I’m counting all the walking from sightseeing in Seville as my exercise this week.
What I’m Up Too…
So today I popped into London to tick of the county of Greater London and to catch up with Mrs Salmonspoon which was fabulous…was so much fun and exciting chatting about Peru (Angie is way more organised than me but she’s got me hooked on using an excel spreadsheet to plan my holidays!)…and we may have had the pleasure of visiting a very beautiful set of toilets.
^^A sneak peak of the toilets!
Seville was awesome and I totally fell in love with the city…I can see it becoming a huge European city break destination from the UK…clean, beautiful and safe.
There will be blog posts to follow at some point, I promise but you can see more on my instagram account! (yes that was shameless social media plugging right there folks)
Moral of the Story
So on my way home today, I was on the tube up to St Pancras, a lady had lost her 15 year old daughter and friend (she thought the teenagers did it on purpose as the daughter was in a rage with her mum), so of course the mum was distraught and started to cry…as per normal, Londoners did what they’re famous for…they looked at their feet and hoped that she would disappear so I went over and gave her a cuddle. She then told me that she had left her phone at home, I told her that problem was solved as mine was in my handbag and she could use that. We had to leave the Piccadilly line and head up to ground level so that she could call her husband and then send a text message to her daughter.
As I got her safely on the Northern Line to head down to Waterloo, she asked where I was going so I told her to St Pancras and then up to Bedford…she then realised that I had got off a tube that I should have stayed on and went out of my way to help…she asked why…I just told her that I hoped if I was in her place she would have come to my aid…she gave me a big cuddle and kiss. Her daughter has now sent me a couple of text messages to say thank you and I told her that she needs to give her mum a huge cuddle…she said she had just done that and they were all safely home. Yes I got home 30 minutes later than I planned but I would do it again in a heartbeat to help out someone in distress.
Karma paid me a visit as when I got to St Pancras station my favourite East Midlands Train employee, Kas was at the barriers and he gave me a big kiss and cuddle…something that he would do each day when I commuted into London for work. Kas was the last person I used to see each day when leaving London and his smile made me want to return the following day…even when London had kicked me hard in the gut. A smile goes a long way!
Moral of the story…don’t look down at your shoes…take a moment and help out someone out in need.
So what’s all your gossip?!
